Everything is arranged to meet your specific needs. The cyclist is at the center of our focus. You will receive a gear list, GPX files, and logistical organization (hotel bookings, restaurant recommendations, etc.) in advance, as well as daily bike cleaning and adjustments, allowing you to simply put on your cycling shoes and enjoy the ride!
For multi-day trips, we can also arrange luggage transfers for cyclists who prefer not to travel with panniers.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the start of the trip, we will provide a full refund. For cancellations made between 30 days and 7 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the total amount will be retained. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the trip will not be eligible for a refund.
